Mechanical innovations
Hydraulic control unit and stainless steel color cylinders that take the coloring solution and send it to the respective printing needles that are inserted into the bobbin, bypassing the traditional vacuum suction system.
Personalization
The technology allows for the simultaneous injection of 4 to 6 different colors or product solutions. The machine is built to fit the customer’s bobbin height.
Industry 4.0
Specific devices for monitoring consumption during the dyeing cycle, remote assistance and other technical-scientific features ensure that the BID meets the requirements of Industry 4.0.
