HTHP Hankette Dyeing Machine

HTHP Hankette Dyeing Machine

The Cedit HTHP Hank Dyeing Machine is used for dyeing synthetic and cellulosic fiber yarns.

(Polyester, nylon, silk, mercerized cotton, viscose, angora, cashmere, etc.) The machine operates at 3.8 bar and 130 °C.

The machine performs painting using circulation provided by a pump under an air cushion.
Compressed air exerts a static pressure effect on the liquid fluid. The air cushion allows for a lower liquor ratio and chemical usage. Furthermore, thanks to the insulating properties of air, it prevents heat loss. It reduces energy and water consumption.
With the air cushion, the machine can operate at half capacity using suitable carriers. The machine features stainless steel heating and cooling coils.

Circulation is provided by a specially designed centrifugal pump mounted on the machine. The internal and external working mechanism of the machine is provided by a specially designed pneumatically driven guide mounted on the pump housing. This guide ensures precise and pulsation-free direction of the fluid.

The lids close with automatic pistons, ensuring a perfect seal. Thanks to these pistons, the opening, closing, and locking of the lid are completed in a short time.

The stainless steel carriers are suitable for painting at full and half capacity.
All painting operations are automatically controlled by PLC panels.
Temperature, dyeing time, flow direction, pressure, and other control parameters are controlled by automatic valves.
