Thanks to the high-temperature sprayed water, the paint penetrates the yarn better. The body and spray tubes are made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Furthermore, this machine utilizes specially designed pumps that increase cavitation resistance and provide high flow rates with low energy consumption.

After optimization studies, the machine was found to produce high-quality dyeing compared to other hank dyeing machines, while also saving raw materials, energy, and water with its float ratio (average 1:8). The machine can be controlled both automatically and manually using software specifically designed for dyeing machines.
