It is used for dyeing yarns such as 100% wool, 100% acrylic, mercerized cotton, viscose, angora, cashmere, etc. The machine operates at 0.4 bar and 110°C.
The machine performs painting using circulation provided by a pump under an air cushion. Compressed air exerts static pressure on the liquid fluid. The air cushion allows for a lower float ratio and reduced chemical usage.
- It also prevents heat loss thanks to its insulating properties. It reduces energy and water consumption.
- Thanks to the air cushion, the machine can operate at half capacity with suitable carriers.
- The machine has separate stainless steel heating and cooling heat exchangers.
Circulation is provided by a specially designed turbo pump mounted on the machine. The pump is mounted vertically inside the machine to prevent potential turbulence.
The lids close with automatic pistons, ensuring a perfect seal. Thanks to these pistons, opening and closing operations are completed in a short time. The stainless steel carriers are suitable for dyeing at full and half capacity. The machine is equipped with a sample apparatus for taking samples from the dyed yarn.
Painting operations are automatically controlled by PLC and PC panels. Temperature, painting time, flow direction, pressure, and other parameters are controlled by automatic valves.
